Hi, I’m Kim, thanks for visiting my page!  Let me share a little about myself. In my down time I enjoy snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, going to the beach, traveling, scouting out breweries and new restaurants. I love all 4 seasons, which is why I enjoy living in New England. I travel to New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont as much as possible. I was born and raised in Malden, MA, but I now live in Haverhill with my husband and our sweet kitty, Buttercup. I consider myself a foodie and will gladly try anything out of the ordinary. I enjoy listening to a good live band, practicing yoga, cross fit, relaxing with a glass of red wine, trying new craft beers, and snuggling up while watching movies.

As far as my professional life, it all started in 2005 when I took 2 classes at New England School of Photography (NESOP) in Boston and fell in love!  I enrolled in a full-time digital photography program at the Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA) in Waltham, MA. I was fortunate to start my career immediately after graduating in September 2006 at the Sears Portrait Studio, where I photographed mostly children. In February 2007, I moved on to a nationwide portrait company working with preschoolers, where I was voted one of the top five best photographers in a company of over 200. During that time, thousands of smiles passed in front of my camera. After eight years of splitting my time between working for someone else and running my own business, I decided that it was my time to shine! I wanted to be able to dedicate myself fully to my craft.  Capturing the grins of preschoolers and photographing weddings will always be my specialties. In January 2016 I launched a children’s portraiture company Picture Lady LLC. When I’m not photographing preschoolers and weddings I also photograph engagements, expecting mothers, newborns, and families. I have the best job in the world and I am thankful for that every day.
